Gluten-Free Cracker Review

Hello friends! Being gluten intolerant is a pain, however, eating gluten is a bigger pain. Throughout the years (going on 10 now), I have tasted my fair share of gluten-free items.

I’m 2010 when I found out about my sensitivity or what some doctors have diagnosed as Celiac (others disagree), I have managed to work my way through stages of trial and error.

From buying expensive gluten-free products to making my own. Coming to know several products may be purchased gluten-free streamline versus in the gluten-free section, such as pasta, bread, soups, and ice creams.

I have also researched the amounts of sugars placed in gluten-free foods to add to their flavor.

Knowing which alcoholic beverages are gluten-free is a must. Also, I am a type 2 diabetic. I must watch so many ingredients, this year to include peanuts, pistachios, sesame, and almonds.

You have to make sure your makeup, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, soaps, lipsticks, and lip balms are gluten-free!

It is a task! A HUGE ONE!

Very rarely do I actually complain about a new product I try. Let’s face it, if you live a gluten-free lifestyle by choice or by force, you know that some foods are really not so tasty.

So here goes, I purchased a box of crackers. Cauliflower, gluten-free, nut-free! How bad could they be?


Starting with the smell alone, I was apprehensive, but eh, let’s give it a try. From the moment those few crackers entered my mouth I really thought I had placed spoiled boiled dried out toes or something of the sort into my mouth!

DISGUSTING! To make matters worse, Ed comes into the kitchen and says “what’s that horrible unGodly smell?”

I’m standing there, unable to speak, with a mouthful of “ugh”. I go to the trash can and try to get it out of my mouth, it refuses. It’s literally stuck to my tongue, cheeks, teeth, and my lips.

For someone that doesn’t have a gag reflex, I was in complete gag mode!

Even after brushing my teeth and now 4 hours later, I still smell and taste the horrible dried boiled spoiled toes, or “cauliflower crackers”.
