There’s Always Tomorrow

I began the day with prayer. I then decided to nap. Out of sheer boredom I have eaten non-stop most of the evening!

I’m so disappointed in myself. I fixed a pot of chicken, vegetable and rice soup (somewhat). I also baked Krusteaz gluten free blueberry muffins.

Between 7pm and 9pm I have eaten 4 muffins and a bowl of chicken soup.

This quarantine is not working in my favor. I’m beginning to feel emotional, irritable, bored, and sad. I am frustrated with our government. I am frustrated with so many things right now.

Tomorrow is a new day. Tomorrow is a new beginning. Tomorrow I will think happier thoughts, eat better, practice better self-care.

Tomorrow, hopefully the sun will come out tomorrow, if not, I will pretend it is shining, or at-least from within.

Colorful Chaos The Journey

Not everything is always in black and white. Join us on our journey as we battle incurable invisible illnesses. We are seeking mental freedom as we prepare to unwind and unravel amongst nature. We raise awareness for Polycythemia Vera and Invisible Illnesses such as Mental Health, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, along with a variety of other “silent” struggles that we may deal with along the way. We are not going to let these illnesses hold us down. During our journey we need support. The support of each other, family, friends, followers, readers, and fellow, adventures! Enjoy our photography and stories. You can support us through PayPal and our Esty Shop!
