We Will Be Back… Roanoke Mountain

On Monday we were looking for an adventure and we were honestly looking for great pictures that Ed could take. That turned out to be an entire day of scouting the Roanoke Mountains. Don't get me wrong, although the day was dreary, the mountains and valleys were beyond beautiful, even the skies.

Traveling down the interstate was unbelievable! We are very familiar with Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Mountains; however, this was a completely different view of the mountains and valleys.

We really wanted to end up at Mabry Mills, I don't even think we made it close. Until next time though.

The weather, although dreary, was still fairly comfortable. Here are some of the pictures that I took. I cannot wait until I can begin showing everyone the professional pictures that Ed takes.

Colorful Chaos The Journey

Not everything is always in black and white. Join us on our journey as we battle incurable invisible illnesses. We are seeking mental freedom as we prepare to unwind and unravel amongst nature. We raise awareness for Polycythemia Vera and Invisible Illnesses such as Mental Health, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, along with a variety of other “silent” struggles that we may deal with along the way. We are not going to let these illnesses hold us down. During our journey we need support. The support of each other, family, friends, followers, readers, and fellow, adventures! Enjoy our photography and stories. You can support us through PayPal and our Esty Shop!
